change your country to united states
state: new york
zip code: 10001
and then save
and then close your account by typing this address:
http:\\by17fd.bay17.hotmail.msn.com/cgi-bin/accountclose
then reactivate your account
your inbox size will be of 25 MB directly and 250MB after 1 month
